Carol Terry is a lead teacher for the Middles program. Carol joined Moss Street in August 2022, after previously working at the Vivian Olum Child Development Center from 2006 to 2022, and the EWEB Child Development Center from 1989 to 2006.

Carol credits her education in the early childhood field to the many teachers, directors, and children she has had the pleasure of working with over the wonderful years. She loves the energy, hugs, and smiles that she gets to share each day with the children.

Born in Charlotte, North Carolina, Carol traveled around the US before arriving in Oregon in 1979. She enjoys the beauty of the natural world and raising her children—and now grandchildren—here.

Carol spends her free time with her family: husband, Michael; son, Jason; daughter, Ashlyn; and grandchildren Ronan, Cayden, and Adilene. She also enjoys the company of her horses, dogs, and cats.
