Special Food Requests

Menus for each term are posted on our website, parent bulletin boards, and emailed to enrolled parents. Parents are responsible for alerting the office staff about any dietary allergies or dietary restrictions their child(ren) may have, including documenting those details on their child’s enrollment forms.

Lacto-ovo vegetarian meals are built into our current menu food options. If your child needs these meals, just note this on the enrollment forms when asked about food and diet restrictions; one simple, additional form will need to be completed.

For those needing a substitute to regular cow's milk, parents can provide an alternative. Please list this restriction on your child's enrollment paperwork; one simple, additional form will need to be completed.

For any other food restrictions or allergies—or food substitutions for children with disabilities, medical or other special dietary needs, or religious or moral beliefs—there are more in-depth forms that must be on file before your child starts care. Please contact our main office to discuss what accommodations are needed. It is important to understand that in some instances Moss Street may not be able to grant you an accommodation.
