Enrollment Requirements

Once your family has been accepted to Moss Street, there are requirements that must be fulfilled prior to starting care at our center.


Confirm your child’s offered schedule with a confirmation deposit of $150. This will hold your scheduled space in our program until your child begins care. While the deposit is nonrefundable, it will be applied to your first month’s bill.

Child Information Packet

All new families must complete a child/family information packet prior to starting care. The packet you will be given includes forms regarding immunizations, waivers, and other authorizations. Completed packets are due at least 10 calendar days prior to the child’s start date.

Classroom Orientation

The mentor teacher for your child's age group will contact you to schedule an orientation.

Child Assessment

For children preschool age and younger, parents may also complete an online child assessment tool, the Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ), which screens children for any further evaluation. A hard copy of the ASQ can also be requested from our office.
