Complete the application form for your child's age group. There is a $10 application fee per family. A new application is required for each academic year for both new and returning families.

Applicant Prioritization

Space will be offered to families based on their status during fall term, in the following order:

  1. Full-time UO students* returning to Moss Street
  2. Part-time UO students* returning to Moss Street
  3. Full-time UO students* new to Moss Street
  4. Part-time UO students* new to Moss Street
  5. UO Community Education Program students* returning to Moss Street
  6. UO Community Education Program students* new to Moss Street
  7. UO faculty and staff families returning to Moss Street
  8. UO faculty and staff families new to Moss Street
  9. Community families returning to Moss Street
  10. Community families new to Moss Street

*A student is someone who is seeking a degree, taking credits, and paying incidental fees at the UO. This includes undergraduates, graduate students, graduate employees, law students, and American English Institute students.

Next Steps

Once a child is admitted, families will need to complete requirements for enrollment, including immunization forms.

  • Summer Term 2018: Application begins May 7, 2018.
  • Fall Term 2018: Application begins May 21, 2018.
  • Winter Term 2019: Application begins November 12, 2018.
